Christmas is coming Part 2

Since money is tight this year I have decided to make most of the Christmas gifts. Here are a couple of things I have finished. There will be more to come.

Christmas is Coming!

I don't know if I am the only person who really doesn't want to hear those words. I am already so far behind I don't know if I can get caught up. So far my boys are getting nothing because I haven't shopped. I also have no clue what to shop for so..... This may be a very strange Christmas.

He is here!!!!

My newest nephew is here. William Lucias Diesel Holden was born today at 11:10 am. He weighs 8 lbs. 2 oz and is 20 1/4 inches. I will be going to see him tomorrow and I can not wait to hold him. I know you want to see pics so here they are. I am sure there will be many more to follow

A word book for my sister

This is the gift I am giving my sister for her baby shower. They have decided that the baby's nickname will be Diesel. His nursery is going to be decorated in Dr Suess.

The Craziness Continues

Well as they say if it's not one thing it's another and this month sure has had it's fair share of surprises already. My sister is expecting her first baby next month and ask me to host a shower. Seeing as I am a terrific sister I said yes. The result to this date is 50 invitations, 50 sour cream containers, 9 table bouquets and a diaper wreath. It has also resulted in a very messy house and the fact that I no longer like blue paper in any shade.

What a wonderful 4th of July

We went to visit Dad for the 4th. We had a great time. There were fireworks, food and fun. I can't think of a better way to spend the weekend. It was wonderful to get to see my family and cool off for a little while. The first pic is Dad and little DS on the boat in Big Bear and the next pic is from the parade. My DH is ignoring me but that is DS, DH, Dad, Sister, and DS with the flag.
