Viola and John

Here is my great aunt Vi and her husband John. It was so hard to choose pictures for this one because there are so many great pictures. I love how happy they look together. I don't really have memories of my aunt but I do remember my uncle John. The plain papers are Bazzill (I love this paper) the patterened paper is K & Co that I stickled. I embossed the brads with Pearlustre so that they would match they are really shiny. I also used my nestabilities. I love those too. : )

This picture shows the colors the best. The other pics are kind of washed out.

"Donny"

I love these pictures. Donny's smile makes me smile. I kept the page simple because I wanted these precious pictures to be the focus. I love seeing my Aunt's smiling face. If you see this Aunt Lois I miss you!!!

I used San Serif for the font and Mickey and Friends for the anchors. I don't think it shows up very well but the anchors are chalked and then coated with glossy accents. Thanks for looking.

The Twins

Here are "The Twins" I remember growing up that is what my gramma always called them. I am so thankful that my Aunt Lois has helped me figure out who is who. I am really having fun with these pictures and I am looking forward to scanning a bunch more next weekend. Thanks for looking! : )

I really wanted to use ribbon but I couldn't figure out where to put it and then I wanted photo corners but not the same ones I used on everything else so I decided to do ribbon photo corners. I love how it turned out.

Meet the Harrisons

Here is page 2. I never met Merle so I don't know a lot about him but I love how happy he looks with Iola. I don't know how well you can see it but the picture below the word The the happy couple is standing in front of a wind mill and there are chickens wandering around. These pictures were most likely taken in the mid 40's.

Iola Fay

This is a LO of my great aunt Iola Fay. I don't have very many memories of her sadly. This page is just Iola the 2nd page will be of her and her husband. I need to get to work since I have to do the pages of her twin sister. I love the background paper it is K & Co. I couldn't bear to use it all up so that is why I went with the torn paper look. The chalking really adds a lot. It looks much better in real life but what doesn't LOL. Thanks for looking

So How Did You Spend Easter??

Aside from Easter baskets, Easter egg hunts and a yummy Easter dinner my boys spent their time up a tree. LOL. The neighbor taught them how to repel. It was quite the sight to see. The pictures of Trevor didn't come out very well but he loved trying it. He is now convinced that he loves it.

Can you see Bryce up in the tree?

Bryce wanted to keep going but it got too dark. I hope you all had an Easter full of blessings!
